Revision Policy

At InfluencedIn, the number of revisions depends on the package you choose. We are committed to providing top-notch services, and we'll keep refining your design until it meets your needs, as long as the design concepts stay consistent. Revised designs will be delivered within 48 hours, and all services are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Turnaround Time

InfluencedIn offers a 48-72 hour turnaround time for most design services. This timeframe applies to a single iteration of a design stage, not the complete project. Depending on the service, revisions may take a minimum of 48 to 72 hours (3 working days). For example:

  • Logo orders placed or revisions requested on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Logo orders placed or revisions requested on Friday will be delivered by the end of the day on Tuesday.

Refund Policy

InfluencedIn offers a 100% refund on all design services under certain conditions:

  • The refund policy is void if:
    • You have chosen a special or custom package.
    • We have approved the primary design concept.
    • The logo is complete.
    • We designed, developed, and deployed the website live.
    • Please request revisions.
    • The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the project.
    • The company has not contacted us for over 2 weeks within the initial 30 to 45 days.
    • The company has violated its policies.
    • We have approached another company or designer for the same project.
    • The creative brief lacks required information.
    • We need to completely change the design.
    • You made the refund request outside the specified timeframe.
    • The business is closing or changing its name or business.
    • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘disagreement with a partner’ will not qualify for a refund.

If the project takes longer than 25 days and meets the client’s requirements, we may grant a 50% refund. For projects exceeding 35 days, we may provide a 30% refund. Refund approval is at the discretion of InfluencedIn’s management. For service bundles, refunds apply only to the specific service, not the entire bundle. Cancellations prior to project initiation due to reasons unrelated to the design service will incur a 33% administrative fee.

Note:www.influencedin.com, reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract if deemed necessary. After a refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs, which will remain the property of InfluencedIn.

To claim your refund:

  • Send us an email to initiate the refund process.

Upon receiving your request, we will respond promptly. After analysis, we will initiate the refund according to our policy.

You must request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in a service fee charge.

Delivery Policy

Design Ownership & Rights

Finalized designs provided by InfluencedIn are owned 100% by the client upon written request of finalization. Clients own all rights to the final design but not to any materials generated during revision cycles.

Content Creation & Population

InfluencedIn is not responsible for creating or populating content unless purchased separately. This includes text, images, and product details, which must be provided by the client.

NDA & Reputation Management Policy

InfluencedIn maintains confidentiality of client information. Both parties agree not to intentionally defame each other post-project completion. Each party agrees to refrain from defamatory comments about the other.

Record Maintenance

InfluencedIn keeps records of finalized designs for future reference.

Customer Support

Our customer support team is available Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT. Email us with any queries after hours, and we will address them on the next working day.”

Technical Support Policy

InfluencedIn provides basic information for technical aspects of purchased packages. We are not responsible for detailed training or installation of services like website deployment, CMS, or email setup.

Communication Policy

Submit all feedback, revision requests, refund requests, or instructions through the InfluencedIn TeamWork Account platform. We are not responsible for communications outside our official channels.
